Job Description

Sahbhagi Shikshan Kendra, a reputed civil society organization headquartered in Lucknow, is actively engaged in various activities such as capacity building of CSOs, disaster management, HRDP, strengthening PRI, gender issues, migration, etc. across the states of UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand.

SSK is currently seeking experienced candidates in the field of capacity building for CSOs and NGOs. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in training, including designing training programs and creating training modules. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of training methodologies and be capable of facilitating training program sessions. The role involves frequent travel within UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, or other adjoining states of Uttar Pradesh.

Candidates with an MBA (in Rural Development), MSW, or a postgraduate degree in social sciences, proficiency in Hindi and English will be preferred. The salary is around 40,000-45,000 per month. Please submit your applications before January 31, 2024.
